Order preparation and dispatch

We dispatch in-stock items on the next business day after the order is placed. Preordered items are dispatched within 8 days, as shown on the product page. Preparation and dispatch times are separate from the delivery time after dispatch.

Delivery times

Delivery within Italy is estimated at 2–3 business days from dispatch. Islands and remote locations may take longer.

International delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service. Customs procedures may cause additional delays.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates.

Shipping costs and destinations

• Italy: €7 for orders below €55; free shipping on orders of €55 or more.
• Eligible EU destinations: €14.99.
• Other eligible international destinations: €19.99.

Shipping availability and the applicable charge are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before payment. International shipping is available only for destinations enabled at checkout.
